A few simple things to focus on in 2021:
-sleep. becoming a morning person.
-living in the present. enjoying the process.
-finding balance with my phone.
-nourishing my body.
All in the name of managing stress and healing. Healing from 2020, postpartum healing, social wounds, physical injuries, hormonal imbalances… the list is endless, so it makes sense to me to devote an entire year to simply feeling better.
Also, I will be focusing less of my online energy on Instagram and more here on my website. This doesn’t mean I’ll quit IG (yet), but the app gets less and less appealing for me with every update, and I feel like all my work there could disappear in a puff of smoke at any moment as it has for so many others.
