1 cup chopped nuts (raw) 1 cup chopped seeds 3 cups rolled oats 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup honey 3 tablespoons coconut oil
Heat oven to 350F.
Place the chopped nuts, seeds, rolled oats, ground cinnamon and salt in a bowl and mix.
In a microwave-safe bowl (or saucepan if heating over stovetop), combine the maple syrup, honey and coconut oil, and heat until the coconut just melts. Stir and pour over the dried ingredients.
Spread granola over a cookie sheet with sides in a single layer. Place in preheated oven and cook for ten minutes. Remove and stir, and pop back in the oven for another ten minutes, checking frequently. Remove when the edges are golden brown. Stir and let cool.
Store in an airtight jar. Keeps up to a week at room temperature.
